Amaatra follows a structured, selective admissions process. Seats are limited and filled on the basis of entrance test performance. We encourage families to begin the process early.

The 7-Step Journey

1. Campus Visit & Application Form

Visit the Amaatra campus in person to purchase your application form. This visit also gives your family the opportunity to tour our facilities and meet our team.

2. Submit Application & Schedule Entrance Test

Complete and submit your application form on campus. At this point, you will schedule your child's Entrance Test conducted on Saturdays.

3. Entrance Test

The Entrance Test is an offline, in-person assessment conducted on campus. It is age and grade appropriate to understand academic readiness.

4. Results — Within One Hour

Results are announced within one hour of your child completing the test. We believe families deserve clarity quickly without waiting for days.

5. Offer & Information Session

Successful applicants are invited to an Information Session for a complete overview of the academic program, residential options, and expectations.

6. Seat Confirmation

To confirm and book your child's seat, a fee of ₹60,000 is payable at this stage. This secures your child's place in the upcoming cohort.

All remaining documentation and onboarding information will be communicated via email. Our team will guide you through each final step.

The child must have completed 6 years of age as of June 1st of the academic year for which admission is sought.

Age requirements follow CBSE-mandated age criteria for each grade level. Specific cut-off dates and age brackets for every grade are outlined in our detailed prospectus, available on request from the admissions office.

Amaatra does not currently offer general merit scholarships. Fee structures are standardised and available on request. The sibling discount policy is the primary concession available to families.
